Hi! I’m Men's Hair Loss & Health Strategist, Roman Zaragoza.
At 16, I noticed my hair didn’t look as strong or full as my friends’.
By 17, it was worse, and I was convinced I’d eventually have to plan a trip to Turkey just to fix it.
At 18, in university, I tried products pushed by people who never dealt with hair loss themselves. None solved the problem.
By 19, I’d lost hope and planned for a transplant. I hated haircuts; they only made it harder to ignore what I was losing.
At 20, I devoted everything to my health—studying it, living it, breathing it. My body and mind transformed, and for the first time, I finally felt in control. But my hair told a different story. It had only gotten worse.
At 23, I realized the work I’d done to restore my health had set the foundation for everything else. My body was ready. I just needed to start treating my hair with the same discipline. Once I did, the loss halted, my confidence became unbreakable, and my growth hasn’t stopped since.
Now at 24, I’m focused on sharing that same approach with other men. Not through miracle products or quick fixes, but through structure, balance, and systems that actually work.
